Job summary

MYO Talent is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Project Manager to lead planning, implementation and delivery of Workday HR within a hybrid setup. The role involves coordinating HR, IT and external partners to ensure successful go-live and transition to BAU support.

The ideal candidate has proven Workday HCM/HR implementation experience, strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and is comfortable working across HR, IT and business teams in a multi-module environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Workday HCM/HR implementations.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle and coordinate HR/IT stakeholders.
• Experience with data migration, testing and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation and delivery of Workday HCM.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets.
• Coordinate HR, IT, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Oversee requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Manage stakeholder communications, change management, training and user adoption.
• Ensure successful go-live and transition into business-as-usual support.
