Job Description

Join our team as a Workday HCM Specialist and take your expertise to the next level. You will collaborate with our HR team to support the full lifecycle of the Workday HR Management system, which supports major people-related business processes across the firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with users and provide technical support
• Identify and resolve issues promptly
• Develop and implement new HR processes
• Work with third parties and stakeholders to assess needs and gather requirements
• Configure Workday modules to meet business needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams on issues, enhancements, or queries
• Support Workday releases and evaluate their impact
• Contribute to ongoing Workday management in a busy environment

Qualifications:

• Experience managing Workday in a live environment
• Knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning modules
• Understanding of system security, reporting, and integrations
• Ability to own small projects from design to deployment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR background or related certifications
• Project management or Business Analyst certifications
