Purpose of Role
This role is responsible for leading, with the support of Project Managers/Team Leaders, thedelivery of Workday HCM configuration solutions. The Senior Consultant will work directly with our customers and stakeholders who will be at various levels and from multiple areas of their business. They will be expected to understand their business requirements, tailor the Workday HCM system to meet those needs, and ensure smooth adoption of best practices during their implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance HR processes, data accuracy, and overall system efficiency for the customer.
