Job summary

Keylime Consultants are seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to join a growing HR Technology team in a hybrid role based in South West London. You will combine hands-on Workday configuration with system enhancements and day-to-day support, engaging with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

The role focuses on Core HCM with opportunities to work across Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning and Time Tracking, along with reporting and security duties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration in a post go-live environment.
• Strong Workday Core HCM configuration experience.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting would be advantageous.
• Exposure to Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning and Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes.
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Security.
• Gathers requirements and translates business needs into Workday solutions.
• Involvement in Workday enhancements, testing and release activity.
• Collaborates with HR stakeholders and wider business teams.
