Job summary

Ukma (Af) Ltd is seeking a Workday Financials Specialist to own configuration, reporting and optimization of the Workday Financials platform from our Knightsbridge office in Central London.

You will partner with Finance leadership to shape system usage, drive process improvements and automation, and support multi-entity financial environments. A collaborative IT Applications culture backs professional growth and practical delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday Financials in configuration and support.
• Strong accounting knowledge and Workday financials implementation.
• Experience in reporting and dashboards in Workday.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with Finance and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday integrations.
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-country environments.
• Workday Pro certifications preferred.
• Experience enabling Finance process automation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Financials in line with best practice.
• Act as SME for Workday Financials; resolve queries and issues efficiently.
• Design, build and maintain Workday Financials reports and dashboards.
• Translate high-level reporting requirements into meaningful outputs for stakeholders.
• Work closely with Finance teams to ensure reporting supports decisions.
• Maintain data integrity across all Workday Financials reporting.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users outside Finance.
• Collaborate on Workday integrations and roadmap development.
