Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams in Workday Financials transformations across design, configuration, testing and implementation. You will guide clients from discovery through deployment, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.

You will lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and provide functional leadership across Core Financials, Banking & Cash Management and O2C/AR, with limited travel and UK residency eligibility for SC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.
• Strong background in financial operations, accounting, or supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday Financials SME across design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations from discovery to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Provide functional leadership across Core Financials, Banking & Cash Management and O2C/AR.
