Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to own Workday Financials, automation, and AI initiatives. You will translate finance needs into scalable technology, collaborate with Technology and Business Analytics, and govern data and controls across the finance tech landscape.

You will shape the AI-enabled finance roadmap, drive governance, and enable the team to adopt innovative capabilities while maintaining system integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or supporting Workday Financials in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of core Finance processes and governance of AI/automation.
• Experience with enterprise CRM and reporting integrations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and optimisation of Workday Financials and related finance systems.
• Lead AI adoption and automation initiatives to improve controls and insights.
• Develop and maintain the finance systems roadmap and governance framework.
• Collaborate with Technology and Finance to implement scalable solutions.
• Deliver training, change management and user enablement for new capabilities.
• Manage system upgrades, integrations and issue resolution with partners.
