University of York is seeking a proactive Finance System Change Support – Subsidiaries Lead to join the Finance Transformation team. You will help shape the Workday platform, ensure robust data and processes for subsidiaries, and support transition from current systems to Workday.

The role demands potential for design, training and taking ownership of data integrity and reporting. Hybrid working is available with campus attendance required on some days.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and solid accounting knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems (Agresso/Unit4, Sage) and Workday planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in or with the Higher Education sector is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system design, testing and maintenance guidance for subsidiaries.
• Identify process improvements to automate workflows and strengthen controls.
• Develop and maintain subsidiary reports and dashboards using Workday tools.
• Collaborate with programme team and Workday specialists to deliver outcomes.
• Support system implementation, UAT and staff training.
• Ensure data integrity during migration from Agresso/Sage to Workday.
