Job summary

A leading Insurance company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Change Lead to oversee the administration and operation of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning. This role involves leading system enhancements, managing updates, and partnering with Finance teams to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial systems, specifically Workday, and should be part-qualified or qualified by experience in a finance role. Qualifications

• Experience with financial systems, ideally Workday Financials.
• Background within the Finance function in a Finance Change/Systems role.
• Experience with ERP platforms, including General Ledger and P2P systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of Finance system enhancements.
• Manage and deliver Finance system updates and maintenance.
• Gather, document, and manage change requests from the Finance function.
• Support the delivery of Finance transformation projects.

Skills

Experience with financial systems

Knowledge of Workday Financials

Ability to manage change requests

Strong communication skills

Experience with ERP platforms

Education

Part-qualified accountant (AAT, CIMA, ACCA) or qualified by experience
