Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant to guide clients through change and training aspects of Workday transformations. You will assess impacts, develop change strategies, and deliver programs to drive adoption.

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, create training materials, and lead workshops to ensure successful transitions from legacy systems to Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Degree or certification in Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field desirable.
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing change management, communications and training programs.
• Experience with Prosci, ACMP or similar frameworks.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into training solutions.
• Strong interest in how people adapt to organizational change and tech transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Stakeholder management across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers during planning, development and execution of change and training activities.
• Develop and execute change management, communications, stakeholder engagement and training plans.
• Assess impacts, identify stakeholder groups, and develop adoption strategies.
• Lead and support customer-facing training sessions for Workday solutions.
• Guide clients through people-side transformation and Go-Live readiness.
• Create engaging training materials and learning content for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops to understand culture, challenges and change impacts.
• Recommend change approaches based on client needs, culture and budgets.
• Track adoption metrics and report progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment planning and adoption activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the practice.
• Contribute to practice development and internal training.
