Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant to guide clients through change and training aspects of Workday transformations. You will work with project teams, stakeholders, and end users to assess impacts, develop adoption strategies, and deliver training that enables effective Workday use.

The role emphasizes change management, training plan development, and hands-on facilitation of customer-facing sessions across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or ERP/SaaS transformations.
• 2+ years of change management, communications, and training program experience.
• Experience with Prosci, ACMP, or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical change and training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to plan, develop, and execute change and training activities.
• Develop change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training plans.
• Assess organizational impact and readiness.
• Organize and lead customer-facing training sessions.
• Create engaging training materials and job aids.
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
• Track change metrics, training completion, adoption outcomes.
• Support go-live readiness and adoption activities.
