The role emphasizes change management, training plan development, and hands-on facilitation of customer-facing sessions across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or ERP/SaaS transformations.
• 2+ years of change management, communications, and training program experience.
• Experience with Prosci, ACMP, or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical change and training solutions.

Cognizant’s Workday Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) team focuses on the people side of transformation, helping organizations successfully adopt new ways of working, processes, and technology.
