About The Role

Are you ready to join a company that truly values its people and recognizes their contributions? Due to ongoing expansion and increasing demands, we’re seeking a Workday Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic operational environment. Proven experience with Workday is essential.

As a Workday Business Analyst, you will serve as a consultative liaison between cross-functional HR teams, confirm and write business requirements for Workday system enhancements and projects, and oversee the implementation of solutions within the Workday system.

Key duties include:
  • Must have Workday experience
  • Collaborate with HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations, and the broader business to understand strategies, processes, and roadmaps to optimize our Workday system and drive success.
  • Elicit requirements from HR functional teams through interviews to understand current processes and desired outcomes.
  • Understand, communicate, and plan for system touchpoints and impacts related to configuration, processes, reporting, and integrations.
  • Work with HR and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Write comprehensive business requirements to set up technical teams for success.
  • Coordinate with HRIS, HR teams, and vendors on Workday system changes to ensure successful implementation.
  • Perform testing and validation of deliverables before user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met.

  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience across all sections of Workday
  • Proficiency in various Business Analysis techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience with global teams (desirable)
  • Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and business intelligence skills
