Job summary

Arup seeks a Work Winning Lead to oversee Priority Pursuits and bid support within the CPD Portfolio in the UKIMEA region. The role blends tactical bid delivery with strategic pipeline development, client engagement plans, and knowledge management across offices.

You will supervise a UKIMEA CPD work winning team, shape work winning frameworks, and drive improvements to increase win rates while aligning with Arup’s values and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• APMP certification is desirable.
• Proven success in leading work winning teams across geographies.
• Strong procurement knowledge in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities with CPD leadership.
• Lead proposal management and bid coordination across UKIMEA CPD teams.
• Guide pursuit strategy, scheduling, compliance and submission production.
