Job summary

Capital City College is seeking a Work Placement Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in London. This full-time fixed-term contract runs to 31 July 2029, with a focus on securing and evidencing eligible employment outcomes for funded programmes.

You will ensure outcomes meet required timescales, are supported by auditable evidence, and involve managing learner caseloads and building strong relationships with employers to create work

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Work Placement Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31 st July 2029.

A key focus of the role is to secure and evidence eligible employment outcomes, including ‘Good Work’ and ‘Other Work’ outcomes where applicable to the funded programme. The postholder will ensure that outcomes are achieved within the required timescales, meet the relevant employment conditions and are supported by accurate, auditable evidence.
