Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Home Based Telesales Advisor
A Bristol-based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate people to join the team.
This job is work from home indefinitely; however, you will need your own decent Windows modern computer and a USB headset with a microphone. You also need a broadband connection with an upload speed above 8 Mbps and a download speed above 25 Mbps.
The role requires good communication skills on the phone and recent outbound telesales or fundraising experience. The Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor should have a passion for charity work and be comfortable working with a computer and inputting information.
There is a telephone interview, including a script-based roleplay / pretend call, and weekly remote training sessions on Zoom. The training pay, which covers the first 14 hours over two days, is held back until you complete 120 hours of service.
The working hours are an 8-hour day (7 hours paid), five days a week, between 12:00-20:00, Monday to Friday, including one Saturday shift from 10:30-18:30. If you work Saturday, you get a day off during the week.
This role pays £12.35 per hour, with potential increases to £12.70 and then £13.05 per hour based on consistent target achievement, along with good OTE commission opportunities. During training/graduation, the pay rate is £12.21 per hour (usually the first two weeks, depending on performance).
The target is 15 sign-ups per week. Hitting this target earns an extra £2 per hour (on-target base rate). Any sign-ups beyond the minimum are paid at £17.50 each.
