Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Work Experience Coordinator. This full-time role (37 hrs/week) or part-time considered, with clear career progression including training to become a Health and Safety Assessor or a qualified Careers Adviser.

Qualifications

• A good general education including GCSEs in Mathematics and English (essential).
• A Level 3 or above qualification in business administration / customer care (desirable).
• At least two years administration experience (essential).
• Some experience of working within the education sector (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work experience programmes with a range of schools / colleges.
• Undertake employer engagement activities with businesses to provide work experience placements for students.
• Liaise closely with Health and Safety Assessors to ensure all placements are safe and suitable.
• Assist the Operations Manager in quality assurance checks of work experience activities to agreed timetable.
