St George’s School in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Work Experience Co-ordinator & Careers Assistant to support our learners with diverse needs. You will arrange placements, liaise with employers and maintain our database of work experiences across Key Stage 4 and 5, while collaborating with the Careers Lead.
You will hold safeguarding at the centre of practice, work to deadlines, and contribute to professional development within a supportive, inclusive school environment.

WORK EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR & CAREERS ASSISTANT
Salary – Hay Grade 7 - £19,624 - £21,261 per annum, actual, paid in equal instalments across 12 months
Hours per week – 31.25 hours per week, term-time 38 weeks per year

You will have a passion for working with young people, particularly those requiring tailored support, to organise appropriate work experience placements across Key Stage 4 and 5.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to liaise positively with employers and agencies to maintain and develop our database of work experience placements.
You will work closely with the Careers Lead to organise events and support administrative tasks.
