ctrg has an exciting opportunity to work as a Work Co-ordinator in Preston, PR2 9ZD

Your Pay rate as full time work Co-ordinator:

You will be paid £12.21

Typical working hours as a full time Work Co-ordinator:

5 days a week from 08:30 until 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute logo requests to Digitising Team members. Assessing requests in order to allocate to the most appropriate team member.
  • Process urgent requests where these would be missed systemically.
  • Identify any duplicate requests or emails and take relevant action
  • Identify and escalate any customer complaints to Team Leader
  • Proactively contact internal customers to reduce delays with order processing
  • Provide administration support to the Digitising and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth operation of the processes.
  • Ensure the operation key performance indicators (KPI's) are recorded promptly.
  • Take a lead in monitoring and co-ordinating 5S and quality departmental inspections. Develop a plan to address any actions required.
  • Maintain and report on the team's standard operation procedures (SOP's) and training matrix ensuring all data is up to date.
  • Develop good working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure good two way communication
  • Maintain all Digitising daily and monthly reports

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and problem solving skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good verbal and written English
  • Proficient with MS word, excel and outlook
  • Wilcom embroidery software training will be provided
  • Attention to detail
