Job summary

South Yorkshire Housing Association is recruiting three Team Leaders to join the Work & Wellbeing team, covering Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster and Rotherham. You will lead a team of Employment Specialists who help people with mental health conditions, disabilities and other barriers to achieve sustained employment outcomes.

You’ll create a positive, high-performing culture, support staff, and collaborate with employers, partners and health services to shape an impactful employment support
