Job summary

Rudy's Pizza Worcester is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager. You’ll lead shifts, manage the floor and kitchen teams, and safeguard guest experience with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

You’ll oversee labour planning, cost control, and stakeholder communications, while coaching talent and ensuring food safety and standards are consistently met. This is a clear pathway toward General Management within a growing group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager level in a hospitality environment.
• A confident, credible leader.
• The ability to inspire and manage a large, diverse team.
• Strong operational knowledge.
• Composure and sound judgement under pressure.
• Looking to develop into a General Manager with the support of progression.

Deputy Manager at Rudy's Pizza, Worcester.

Salary: £35,000 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

The Deputy Manager at Rudy's is a high-trust, high-impact role. You'll operate as the General Manager's right hand, leading shifts, overseeing the entire team, and ensuring the restaurant performs to the highest standard whether the GM is present or not. This is the final step before General Management.
