Job summary

Rudy's Birmingham is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy front-of-house team, drive guest experience, and uphold brand standards in a busy pizzeria environment.

You will support the General Manager, manage shifts, monitor costs, develop staff, and help grow into a Deputy or General Manager role as the restaurant expands within the Mission Mars portfolio. The role offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonus, and staff discounts.

Location: Rudy's Birmingham (Bennett's Hill)

Salary: £32,900 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

This is a big role for someone who's ready for it. As Assistant Manager at Rudy's, you'll work closely with the Senior leaders on site to drive the performance of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience through to standards. It's fast-paced, it's hands-on, and it's genuinely rewarding when you get it right.
