Job summary

HOMAG is seeking a machine demonstrator / operator trainer to join our team at the Castle Donington headquarters. You will demonstrate a wide range of industrial woodworking machinery to prospective buyers and provide operator training on machine software packages.

The role also includes telephone and online support for customers and ongoing showroom maintenance. Knowledge of HOMAG machine operating systems would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in demonstrating industrial woodworking machinery.
• Ability to train operators on machine software packages.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to maintain showroom appearance and organization.
• Knowledge of HOMAG machine operating systems is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a range of industrial woodworking machinery to prospective buyers.
• Provide operator training on machine software packages.
• Offer telephone and online support to customers.
• Maintain showroom presentation and cleanliness on an ongoing basis.
• Support the Castle Donington showroom and participate in product demonstrations.
