Job summary

Form Rifle Stocks Ltd, a specialist manufacturer of wooden firearm and air rifle components based in Exeter, seeks a Woodworker to produce parts and components. The role involves sanding, oiling, fitting metal parts, and operating a laser engraver for logos and checkering details.

You will feed materials into CNC machines, move files and tools, and work split shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00). Candidates may need to work alone evenings and must have UK work authorisation, pass a police

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking, either professionally or as a hobby.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Full UK work authorization.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to pass a police background check.
• Own transport is required due to unreliable public transport.

Responsibilities

• Sanding wooden parts.
• Oiling finished woodwork.
• Fitting metal parts to finished products.
• Using a laser engraver for logos and checkering details.
• Feeding material into CNC machines.
• Moving files and changing tools within CNC machines.
