Forest Holidays at Delamere Forest is hiring a Cook to join our Forest Retreat team. Open all year, you will help deliver great food and guest service in a setting that blends woodland beauty with warm hospitality.

This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts across 8am–10pm and 5 days out of 7. You’ll work alongside a friendly team, maintain high hygiene standards, and help guests enjoy a memorable Forest Feeling experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering is essential.
• Ability to deliver high-standard food and service.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all orders, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Comply with H&S and Food Hygiene regulations and complete required paperwork.
• Understand and encourage safe food handling to maintain hygiene standards.
• Follow the cleaning rota to maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen areas.
