Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Machine Operator in Northampton to operate wood and metal machinery in a modern facility. Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 3.00pm, with overtime as required. Temporary-to-permanent or permanent for the right candidate is available.

You will operate edge banders, drills, crosscut saws, beam saws, and brake presses with prior HOMAG and/or ZUND experience. Production-floor roles involve quality checks, stock replenishment, and maintaining safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating industrial machinery such as HOMAG and/or ZUND.
• Experience in a production environment with machine operation and quality checks.
• Replenishing stock in the correct warehouse locations.
• Quality checking outgoing stock.
• Wood/Metal machinist/manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Operate wood and/or metal machinery such as edge banders, drills, crosscut saws, beam saws and brake presses.
• Check quality and track production progression.
