Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is partnering with a globally influential fashion and lifestyle retailer to appoint a branded buyer for womenswear. You will manage and develop a portfolio of brands, delivering a trend-led, commercially balanced product assortment across categories.

You will analyse sales performance, negotiate terms with suppliers, manage OTB and margins, and collaborate with merchandising, planning and ecommerce to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Prior buying experience in branded fashion, preferably womenswear.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of womenswear brands across multiple categories.
• Identify trends, negotiate trading terms, manage OTB and margins, and deliver compelling product selections.
• Analyse sales performance and build relationships with key brand partners; attend trade shows and market appointments.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning and ecommerce teams to drive sales and profitability.
