Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day performance of the department.
• Build category strategy aligned with customer, brand, and commercial goals.
• Lead and develop junior Buying team; manage supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate across Buying, Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, Garment Technology, Marketing and Studio.
• Use insight and market trends to make commercially focused decisions.
• Lead product development and ensure on-time delivery through critical path.
