Job summary

Waythrough is a mental health and social support charity based in London. It is seeking a Trainee Recovery Coordinator on a fixed-term 12-month contract to provide wraparound support to clients at any stage of their treatment journey, working with community partners to build recovery capital outside the service setting.

The successful candidate will gain knowledge, skills and practical experience to progress into a Recovery Practitioner role.

Qualifications

• Experience in the drug and alcohol field preferred.
• Ability to manage a smaller caseload while learning.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide wraparound support to clients at any stage of their treatment journey.
• Work with community partners to create opportunities for recovery capital outside the service setting.
• Support progression into a Recovery Practitioner role and maintain a learning-focused approach.
