Job summary

Power2 is launching a new programme supporting women aged 18-25 involved with or at risk of involvement in the criminal justice system. The Programme Lead role focuses on intensive one-to-one mentoring, navigation support, and building trusted relationships to help participants overcome barriers and access opportunities across Greater Manchester.

The role requires evening and occasional weekend work, travel across Greater Manchester, and working in community settings and prisons as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs.
• Understanding trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive one-to-one mentoring and navigation support to women aged 18-25.
• Build trusted relationships and advocate for participants as needed.
• Help participants access services and opportunities to move forward.
• Work across community settings and in prison environments as needed.
• Record keeping and caseload management with accuracy.
