Job summary

Power2 is launching a new programme to support women aged 18-25 involved with, or at risk of, the criminal justice system. You will provide intensive mentoring and navigation support in community settings across Greater Manchester and in prison environments as needed.

The role is full-time and permanent with regular evening and some weekend work. You will collaborate with partner services to ensure coordinated, person-centred support and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to build trusting, professional relationships with people facing complex challenges.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs.
• Understanding trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive one-to-one mentoring and navigation support to women 18–25.
• Build trusted relationships, help participants set and achieve goals, advocate where appropriate.
• Travel across Greater Manchester and occasionally work in prison environments.
• Work evenings and weekends as required; maintain accurate records and caseloads.
