Job summary

Changing Lives seeks a dynamic worker to support women subject to a Conditional Caution in South Yorkshire. You will deliver early intervention, divert from the Criminal Justice System, and help women move towards desistance.

You will identify individual needs, broker access to local services, and develop referral routes. Building quick rapport with service users, commissioners and referrers is essential in this gender-specific service.

Qualifications

• Experience using motivational interviewing and engagement techniques.
• Ability to work with women in challenging circumstances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention support to women subject to Conditional Cautions in South Yorkshire.
