Job summary

Ansaldo Nuclear Limited is seeking a Communications Coordinator to work with the Head of People Development & Communications to deliver the company's internal communications and marketing plan from the Wolverhampton office.

You will create engaging content for employees and external stakeholders, manage SharePoint and intranet content, newsletters, videos, and presentations, and help strengthen the company's culture.

Qualifications

• Strong writing (including copywriting) and editing skills.
• Experience with content creation and delivery across channels (email, newsletters, intranet, videos, presentations).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of video production & photography is desirable.
• Knowledge of designing print materials using Adobe Suite/ Canva is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular content delivery (lunch and learns, social media, internal MD communications, intranet, marketing print materials, corporate presentations).
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives and recommend improvements based on data.
• Maintain communication systems (e.g., SharePoint, surveys, TVs) ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with company goals.
• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
• Produce marketing content for targeted events and coordinate with Key Account Managers.
• Create credible content on behalf of senior stakeholders and implement brand guidelines.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
