Qualifications

• Two years of experience in internal communications, journalism, editorial content or related role.
• Professional editorial or writing experience with published workplace content.
• Experience writing for different audiences, formats and channels.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and coordinating projects.
• Excellent written English, proofreading and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality internal content for channels (news articles, emails, newsletters, presentations, video scripts, Viva Engage).
• Develop clear stories linking strategy, performance, people and culture.
• Maintain internal communications calendar, coordinate activity and ensure relevance.
• Support logistics of Town Halls and campaigns.
• Interview colleagues to uncover stories and showcase values in action.
• Measure reach and effectiveness; use insights to improve future activity.
• Maintain high editorial standards across all communications.
• Support development of colleague engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate employee experience programs across onboarding, career development, wellbeing and recognition.
