Job summary

Ansaldo Nuclear in Wolverhampton is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support our Head of People Development & Communications. You will craft engaging internal communications and marketing content to strengthen culture and engagement among employees and external stakeholders.

The role is office-based with some travel to other sites as needed. We welcome recent graduates with a passion for communications or marketing.

Qualifications

• Qualification OR experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, public relations or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with content creation across email, newsletters, intranet, videos and presentations.
• Desirable: knowledge of video production and photography.
• Desirable: knowledge of designing print materials using Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver regular content across channels (lunch & learns, social media, intranet, presentations).
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of communications initiatives and suggest improvements based on data.
• Maintain SharePoint, surveys and digital screens to stay up-to-date and aligned with goals and values.
• Identify opportunities to boost employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
• Produce marketing content for targeted events and coordinate with Key Account Managers.
• Create credible content on behalf of senior stakeholders and implement brand guidelines.
• Contribute to other ad-hoc projects.
