Job summary

Culina is seeking a WMS Systems Trainer for our Lutterworth site on a full-time, permanent basis. Salary £36,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility.

You will create engaging training materials and run on-site or remote sessions to equip colleagues with the skills to use the WMS, assess proficiency, and keep documentation up to date as the system evolves.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of WMS systems and training methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering training materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training to different learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials, manuals, and documentation for the WMS.
• Deliver on-site or remote training sessions for staff.
• Assess proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver refresher and advanced training as the WMS evolves.
• Maintain up-to-date training documentation and knowledge base.
