Job summary

Culina, the UK’s leading independent supply chain partner, seeks a WMS Systems Trainer for a full-time, permanent role in Contract Logistics. The role centers on creating engaging training materials and delivering sessions to colleagues to maximise system proficiency.

Salary is £36,000 per annum, with standard Monday–Friday hours and a warehouse environment. You will develop courses, manage attendance, and keep training documentation current, while adapting content to WMS updates and feature

Qualifications

• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work within a warehouse environment dealing with products in and out bound and returns when required.
• Ideally you will have experience within a Warehousing/Transport/Logistics/3PL background.
• Previous Goods In/Out, Stock Control or Inventory experience.
• Have a strong Customer Service background.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials, manuals, and documentation to support the learning process.
• Conduct on-site or remote training sessions for staff on how to use the system using workshops and hands-on exercises.
• Undertake assessments to evaluate proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver refresher or advanced training as the WMS evolves.
• Collect feedback from trainees and update training content accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date training documentation and knowledge repositories.
