Job summary

GlobalLogic, part of Hitachi Group, seeks an experienced WMS Solution Architect / Technical Lead to guide end-to-end integrations across WMS, ERP, e-commerce, and 3PL within a global FMCG context. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs and lead cross-functional teams to delivery.

This role focuses on architecture and leadership rather than hands-on coding, with opportunities to drive intelligent automation and modernisation of warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years WMS or supply chain tech experience in retail/logistics.
• Proven track record in architecture, leadership, and techno-functional consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS/ERP/e-commerce/3PL integration architecture.
• Analyze processes and define scalable technical solutions.
• Design APIs, middleware, data flows, and event-driven patterns.
• Translate business needs into high-level designs and specs.
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Ensure alignment with standards and best practices.
• Support warehouse process modernization and automation initiatives.
• Drive opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
• Oversee project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
