Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a Technical Lead with deep domain expertise across Retail, Logistics, and WMS integrations to act as the technical authority bridging business and engineering teams. You will own end-to-end integration architecture, design, and mapping to connect ERP/E-commerce with 3PL and WMS platforms.

Responsibilities include architecting WMS/3PL integrations, designing API and event-driven patterns, producing SDDs/BRDs/TDDs, and guiding standards while presenting roadmaps to VP/CXO

Qualifications

• Strong background in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain Logistics.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Warehouse Management Systems and 3PL partners.
• Mastery of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and enterprise middleware.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate business vision into clear technical execution.

You will own the end-to-end integration architecture, technical design, and systems mapping required to connect enterprise systems (ERP, E-commerce) with 3PL and WMS platforms

Requirements
