Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Technical Lead for Retail Logistics & WMS Integrations in the UK. You will act as the technical authority and main bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, owning end-to-end integration architecture.

Architect WMS and 3PL integrations, design robust API and event-driven patterns for inventory sync and order fulfillment, and write clear design documents. You will present architectural roadmaps to VP/CXO stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain Logistics.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Warehouse Management Systems and 3PL partners (eg, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
• Mastery of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and enterprise middleware.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate business vision into clear technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Architect WMS & 3PL Integrations, owning end-to-end integration designs connecting enterprise ERP and E-commerce platforms with 3PL and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Design robust API and event-driven patterns for inventory sync, order fulfillment, and logistics workflows.
• Write clear, high-impact Software Design Documents (SDDs), TDDs, BRDs, and interface specs.
• Guide engineering standards, introduce modern cloud/AI workflow patterns, and present architectural roadmaps directly to VP/CXO stakeholders.
