Job summary

AO Retail Limited is seeking a WMS Project Manager to lead complex warehouse and logistics projects across Bolton and Crewe. You will partner with business owners, solution architects, and IT to design, build and deploy WMS solutions that drive real value.

You will own multiple projects, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and work with Operations and Supply Chain teams to align deliverables with business goals. The role requires hands-on governance, RAID management and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical logistics, supply chain and fulfilment projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows.
• Ability to translate operational needs into structured WMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver multiple WMS projects with scope, budget and quality controls.
• Manage dependencies across D365 modules and external systems with stakeholders.
• Enforce standardisation, support change management and governance standards.
