Job summary

HCLTech in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused IT professional to support Blue Yonder/JDA implementations by gathering requirements, configuring systems, and leading testing activities across TAT, SIT, and UAT.

You will manage data setup, support go-live and operational transition, train users, and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers on deployment and risk mitigation within multi-project environments in the West Midlands region.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years operational experience.
• 3 to 5 years Key/Super user on BY WMS.
• Multi project experience in leading testing activity for WMS deployments.
• ACT Workshop (mandatory).
• 0-3 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and define system configurations.
• Support testing activities including TAT, SIT, and UAT.
• Prepare business specifications and system configurations.
• Manage data collection, validation, and setup.
• Execute system, integration, volume, and user acceptance testing.
• Support project implementations and go-live activities.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks.
• Provide user training and operational support.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Document issues, defects, and project updates.
