Job summary

Logic Managed Services is seeking a Warehouse Management System Analyst to act as the in‑house Mintsoft expert, configuring, optimising and troubleshooting the WMS for a multi‑client fulfilment operation. The role bridges warehouse floor, IT and customer facing processes, supporting onboarding and day‑to‑day system use.

You will own integrations with Shopify, Amazon, eBay and ERP systems, design SOPs, and build reports (Power BI/Tableau) to monitor stock accuracy and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mintsoft WMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Mintsoft administrator, managing users, locations and settings.
• Configure client accounts, pricing rules and stock rules within Mintsoft.
• Maintain integrations between Mintsoft and 3rd‑party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, carriers, ERP).
• Own the WMS change control process including testing and implementing updates.
