Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a talented WMArchitect Team Leader in Havant to oversee assembly-line manufacturing of single-use fluid tech paths. You will manage a team, ensure quality, and maintain compliance with BS EN ISO 14644, ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.

You will lead training, optimise workflows, and maintain documentation while supporting environmental and safety initiatives in a demanding clean-room environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience on an assembly line and ability to follow manual assembly techniques.
• Experience leading a team to meet a production plan, preferably in medical/pharma settings.
• Awareness of BS EN ISO 14644, ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to give clear objectives.
• Identify problems and implement timely solutions to deliver service.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to specifications.
• Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks.
• Collaborate with other areas and use production software effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly of single-use fluid technology paths per manufacturing plan.
• Ensure product quality through regular progress reviews.
• Address faults and escalate as needed.
• Organise and distribute daily workload for WMArchitect Operatives.
• Lead line setup, supervision, and line clearance activities.
• Train operatives to build a multi-skilled, engaged team.
