Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions in Havant is seeking a motivated WMArchitect Team Leader to oversee the assembly of single-use fluid technology paths and maintain BS EN ISO 14644 clean room compliance.

You will manage a team of WMArchitect Operatives, schedule daily workloads, drive continuous improvement, and ensure documentation and health and safety standards meet ISO 9001 and cGMP requirements.

Formación

• Experience on an assembly line manufacturing plastic injection moulded products.
• Experience leading a production team in a medical/pharmaceutical environment.
• Awareness of BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements, ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to identify problems and implement timely solutions.
• Attention to detail and adherence to specifications.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills with Office and production software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee assembly line to ensure plan adherence.
• Maintain product quality via regular WIP reviews.
• Address faults and defects, escalating as needed.
• Organise and distribute daily workload for WMArchitect Operatives.
• Lead assembly line setup, supervision and line clearance.
• Lead training to develop a multiskilled and engaged team.
• Maintain documentation to comply with ISO and cGMP standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 environmental standards.
• Ensure cleaning operations meet BS EN ISO 14644 standards.
• Liaise with other Manufacturing Team Leaders for smooth flow.
• Input and maintain data in production support software.
• Manage sickness absence and annual leave requests.
• Lead daily Level 1 Self-Directed Team board.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
