Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery's Harry Potter Shop in King’s Cross Station is hiring a Retail Assistant. You will join the sales team to create magical experiences for fans while driving sales and maintaining spellbinding visuals.

We’re looking for those with retail or public-facing experience, who can communicate clearly, use initiative and share passion for the Harry Potter brand. This onsite, full-time role involves weekends and peak periods, with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience or experience with the public.
• Selling skills; proactively seeks out opportunities to increase sales.
• Clear and confident communication with the public.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Enthusiasm and passion for Harry Potter with strong brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide and continuously develop product knowledge.
• Replenish stock and maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Listening to customers, identifying needs and responding quickly.
• Flexible to meet store needs including hours and duties.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Engage with groups of customers and relay product information enthusiastically.
• Engage with customers on photo opportunities outside the shop.
