Great Bear is seeking a reliable 3.5 Tonne Van Driver to join our transport operation and deliver fine wines safely and on time. You will keep high standards of customer service while following company policies and legal requirements.

This role suits someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and adhering to schedules. Shift is Monday to Friday with potential overtime, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (Category B) and ability to operate a 3.5 tonne van.
• Experience with van driving and multi-drop deliveries preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle goods with care.
• Must be able to handle alcohol due to wine operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5 tonne van for multi-drop deliveries across London and Home Counties.
• Ensure goods are loaded, secured and transported safely.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
• Comply with road laws and company procedures.
• Communicate delays or issues to the transport team.
