Job summary

WSET School London is seeking a part-time Receptionist to welcome students, visitors and staff on Saturdays with potential for extra hours. You will manage sign-ins, handle calls and messages, and support course bookings while promoting WSET courses and maintaining GDPR-compliant records.

Ideal candidates will have excellent English communication, strong customer service skills and proficient IT abilities. The role offers a friendly, educational environment with generous benefits and development

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing reception or office environments preferred.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and administration skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and visitors at WSET School London.
• Manage sign-ins and room directions; assist with deliveries.
• Handle calls, voicemails and messages; maintain logs.
• Promote courses to prospective students and drop-ins.
• Support Student Services with bookings and records in line with GDPR.
• Assist with student inquiries and online classroom access.
