• Experience in a similar establishment with service for 80 to 100 covers.
• Motivation and success oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn.

Skills

Previous experience as a Bartender/Wine Waiter

Knowledge of spirits and wines

Good management and training skills
