Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or strong Restaurant Manager progression.
• A genuine passion for wine is essential; WSET qualifications desirable.
• Strong knowledge of premium food, wine pairings and exceptional service standards.
• A hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, engaging with guests and developing the team.
• A commercially minded operator who understands standards, sales and profitability.
• Personality, energy and love for independent hospitality.
